Help
We have tried to keep this site and the process of creating surveys as simple as possible. Hopefully, you won't need to come here often. There are just a few main points we want to make sure you understand.

Navigation
There are 4 navigation tools to help you get around our site. The first three appear on all pages except those involved in creating surveys.

The navigation column on the left side can get you to most of the pages on the site.
The "Go to:" bar at the top the page gives you a way to get back to pages that lead to the one you are on.
The footer contains two new links: "Site Pages", which gives you a look at all the pages in the site and "Help", which is the page you are on.
You can always use the browser back button at the top of the browser window. This will take you back to pages you were previously on. This is especially useful when creating a survey because the data that you have already entered will be maintained for you when you return using the back button but not if you use a link.

Creating Surveys
One of the most important elements of a survey is the question. We will allow you to use up to 1,000 characters (numbered questions have 3 fewer characters) to ask your question and give instructions to your audience. This is about one quarter of a web page of text. If you will be writing anything that is approaching the maximum character limit, we strongly recommend that you use a word processor for spell checking and character counts. Spaces are included in the total number of characters.

You may create paragraphs by pressing the return or enter key twice. This will create a blank line between paragraphs. No other formatting will be saved. The specifications page contains other details about your survey and specific question types.

Our goal is to offer the best value at the lowest price. At current prices we can only offer online customer support through our web site. No telephone support is available.
